Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the Restaurant Manager's absence.

The RAM leads the team, coaches staff, and ensures adherence to brand and health standards, while maintaining guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include shift planning, training, and coordination with the RM and management to achieve operational targets, quality service, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Ability to gain control during stressful situations.
• Team player who can work well with others or independently.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, standing, walking; lift up to 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations of the restaurant and supervise the team in RM's absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members; partner with management to maintain standards.
• Direct shift duties, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Oversee cash, sales, and inventory records; complete shift/end-of-day paperwork.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and brand standards; prioritize guest satisfaction.
