Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead Team Members in the RM's absence. The RAM will coach staff, ensure food safety, and uphold Brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage cash, inventory, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily operations and supervise team in RM absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partner with management to uphold standards.
• Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper food preparation following Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Match campaigns and training with new product launches and procedures.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records; complete shift and end-of-day paperwork.
• In RM absence, complete daily/weekly/periodic paperwork and inventory tasks.
• Maintain safety for staff and guests by following laws and codes.
• Prepare and review incident reports per policy; support RM to meet metrics.
• Support the RM to achieve financial and operational targets; live company values.
