Circle K Store at 2807 Atlas Rd, Columbia, SC 29209 is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and to supervise team members during shifts. The RAM leads and coaches the team to meet brand standards and delivers guest satisfaction.

The RAM role requires strong communication, coaching, and integrity, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Availability for all operating hours is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team members; supports RM in staff development.
• Maintains ongoing communication with the team and management.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in the RM's absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partner with management to uphold Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and assign shift duties; ensure completion.
• Direct team to ensure food items are prepared and served per Brand and health regulations.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory; complete shift/end-of-day paperwork and report discrepancies.
