Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a QSR Manager to supervise day-to-day operations of the quick service counters at our Millburn market. You will lead service leads, baristas, and sales associates, ensuring top hospitality standards and smooth daily operations.

You will work closely with the QSR GM/AGM on administrative duties, manage inventories, and coach staff to deliver excellent guest experiences. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in food service.
• Math skills and ability to handle money accurately.
• Knowledge of coffee and coffee production.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverages preferred.
• Knowledge of leading a team of 15+ members.
• Knowledge of scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise QSR counters and staff.
• Maintain leadership presence on the floor and ensure hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with QSR GM/AGM on admin and financial duties.
• Train, motivate, and mentor team members.
• Monitor inventory and orders and manage supplies.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and transactions.
• Record shift notes and assist with scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Resolve incidents with guests and staff.
