Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a QSR Manager to supervise day-to-day operations across its quick service counters. You will lead a team of leads, baristas and sales associates, ensuring guest satisfaction, smooth floor operation, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, and daily financial transactions while maintaining high hospitality levels and teamwork across the department.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in food service.
• Math skills and ability to handle money accurately.
• Strong knowledge of steps of service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of coffee and coffee production.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains leadership presence on the floor, interacting with guests, team members and vendors.
• Collaborates with the Operations Manager on administrative and financial duties.
• Trains, motivates, mentors and organizes team members.
• Manages inventory, checks orders and distributes supplies.
• Records shift notes and assists with scheduling when needed.
• Ensures department complies with quality, health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Manages transactions and accurate accounting.
