Eataly’s bustling marketplace in Millburn, NJ seeks a Quick Service Restaurants Manager to supervise day-to-day QSR counters, lead a staff of baristas and sales associates, and ensure hospitality standards are met. Reports to the Operation Manager and collaborates on administrative and financial duties.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in food service, strong money-handling skills, and knowledge of coffee and Italian cuisine. On-site role with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience in food service is required.
• Ability to handle money accurately.
• Knowledge of coffee and coffee production is preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverages is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a leadership presence on the floor, engaging guests, team members and vendors.
• Supervises QSR staff including leads, baristas and sales associates.
• Trains, motivates and organizes team members.
• Estimates food and beverage needs and checks orders for specifications.
• Monitors inventory and distributes supplies department-wide.
• Manages transactions and ensures accurate accounting.
• Records shift notes and assists with scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with quality, health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Documents and resolves incidents involving employees or guests.
