Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking an Assistant Quick Service (QSR) Manager for our Chicago location. The role focuses on supporting the QSR Manager in daily operations, team development, training, and ensuring consistent service, food safety, and coffee production standards.

You will supervise QSR staff, lead onboarding, manage shifts, and contribute to inventory and SOP adherence. Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on coffee service experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in food service or hospitality leadership.
• Serve Safe certification required.
• Hands-on experience in Italian coffee service and QSR production.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage shifts for smooth service and guest experience.
• Support staffing coverage and real-time labor adjustments.
• Lead onboarding and training of new hires in QSR and coffee service.
• Ensure training on SOPs, food safety standards, and service protocols.
• Provide coaching to elevate team performance and operational execution.
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and product organization, especially coffee and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance across QSR areas.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and support engagement initiatives.
