Job summary

Miguel's Jr. - 11 (South) Corona is seeking a General Manager to lead a QSR restaurant with full P&L responsibility. You will drive daily operations, food quality, guest satisfaction, and team development across BOH and FOH.

You will also build a strong leadership team, manage staffing, training, safety, and compliance, and partner with area leadership to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a hands-on, guest-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in QSR with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily execution excellence across BOH and FOH to deliver quality food, speed, and service.
• Oversees operations, ensuring adherence to systems, procedures, and standards.
• Manages financial performance including sales, labor, and food cost to meet goals.
• Ensures compliance with safety, health, wage/hour, and employment regulations.
