Job summary

Eataly is seeking a General Manager of Quick Service Restaurants to lead the bustling QSR counters within a flagship store. You will work closely with Retail and Full Service operations and report to the Director of Store Operations.

You will oversee QSR leaders and hourly staff, shaping guest experiences and driving profitability. In this role, you will align pricing, merchandising and promotions with store goals, manage labor and inventory, and partner with senior leadership on growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years of management in high-volume QSR/counter service.
• Strong communication, leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience with coffee production and espresso machines preferred.
• Coffee/Italian product knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct QSR operations to maximize profitability while upholding standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, hire, train, motivate and retain talent.
• Oversee day-to-day scheduling to minimize labor costs and maximize sales.
• Ensure consistently high service levels for all guests.
• Execute pricing, merchandising, promotions and new product launches.
• Monitor QSR financials focusing on COGS and labor.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on store growth strategy.
• Prepare weekly QSR updates and coordinate cross-department activities.
