Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a General Manager for our QSR operations in Avon, OH. This role leads a fast-paced team, ensuring top service, quality, and profitability across meals and brand standards.

You will manage staffing, training, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervision in quick service, strong leadership, and a focus on protocol, rewards, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Available to work a flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours/week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods; lift/carry at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of associates and managers within the QSR to achieve or exceed targeted objectives around sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety standards.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure the QSR consistently meets or exceeds brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging work culture of learning, development, and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, discipline, and transfer QSR staff as needed.
• Monitor cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues professionally and promptly for long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities & Maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and communities.
