Applegreen USA Welcome Centers in Broadview Heights, OH, seeks an Assistant General Manager to help run daily operations, learn essential management skills, and practice judgment and discretion in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise frontline staff, coach shifts, ensure brand standards, handle cash and inventory, and resolve customer issues while keeping schedules flexible and prioritizing guest satisfaction in a busy travel plaza setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management staff, assign work, coach shifts supervisors, and ensure store operability.
• Replace for GM in their absence and maintain smooth operations.
• Motivate staff during low morale and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Keep inventory accurate through spot counts and checks.
