Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a General Manager for our QSR operations in Amherst, OH. Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers to meet sales, service speed, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food safety.

You'll manage budgets, staffing, training, and performance, recruit and develop a strong team, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with Brand Partners and support teams to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervisor or unit-level management in quick service.
• Able to work approx. 50 hours per week on-site including days/nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers to meet targets for sales, speed, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure QSR meets brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging work culture with learning, development, and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team with appropriate staffing levels.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, discipline, terminate, or transfer QSR staff.
