Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a General Manager QSR in Elyria, OH to lead daily operations of the quick-service restaurant. You will drive sales, service speed, customer satisfaction, and food quality while managing budgets and staffing.

The role requires strong team leadership, coaching, and adherence to brand standards and laws. A flexible, on-site schedule is expected with strong collaboration across departments to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers within the QSR to achieve or exceed sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety standards.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure the QSR meets brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging work culture of learning, development, and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team with appropriate staffing levels.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, or discipline the QSR team as needed.
• Monitor cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities & Maintenance.
