Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and marketing for our quick service restaurant locations. The GM will staff, train, supervise, and drive profitability while delivering fast, friendly service to travelers.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, team development, and a strong understanding of P&L and budgets, with flexible hours including nights and weekends. TA offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Servant leader who sets the example with the team.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop people.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in fast-food industry preferred.
• Proficient planning and analytical skills (P&L, budgets).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; POS software experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
