The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in fast food, strong planning and analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in the fast‑food industry preferred.
• Strong planning and analytical skills (P&L, coverage ratio, budgets, expenses).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and marketing functions of the quick service restaurant.
