Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a General Manager for a Quick Service Restaurant located in a travel plaza on a major highway. You will oversee day-to-day operations, profitability, and a dedicated team to meet financial and service targets.

You will lead sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, food quality and safety, manage budgets, inventory, and staff development. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to brand

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a fast-paced team and drive profitability.
• Strong people management, delegation, and issue-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and managers to achieve sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure the QSR meets brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging culture of learning, development, and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team with appropriate staffing levels.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, training, promotion, and disciplinary actions for the QSR team.
• Monitor cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly to maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities & Maintenance.
