TravelCenters of America is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and marketing at our full-service restaurant locations. You will staff, train and supervise the team while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a servant leadership approach, strong budget and P&L understanding, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. TA offers competitive wages and benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma (or GED) required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in the full-service restaurant industry preferred.
• Proficient planning and analytical skills (P&L, coverage ratio, budget & expense report).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire your team to meet and exceed performance standards and profitability.
• Coach and performance-manage staff per policy and provide feedback from guests.
• Ensure courteous, quick, and sincere service; maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, and reporting; manage vendor relationships and compliance.
• Recruit, hire and retain quality team members; drive growth and training.
