TravelCenters of America is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive performance. You will oversee staffing, training, supervision and profitability while delivering top-tier guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in full-service restaurant.
• Strong planning, budgeting and P&L familiarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; POS software experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet and exceed company performance standards and improve restaurant profitability.
• Coach and performance manage staff according to company policy.
• Serve customers courteously, quickly and with a positive attitude.
• Provide great tasting food and a clean restaurant environment for all guests.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain high-quality team members and foster recognition.
• Achieve financial objectives through effective management of people, product, service and facility processes.
• Oversee payroll, accounting, inventory and personnel documentation for reporting and compliance with laws.
• Adhere to safety standards and vendor relationship guidelines.
• Stay informed on competitive practices and share insights with leadership.
• Assume duties of any hourly associate position as necessary.
