Applegreen USA is seeking a General Manager for a travel plaza-based QSR. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and lead a dedicated team to meet financial and service targets.

You will manage budgets, staffing, and compliance with brand standards and food safety. The role rewards performance with flexible schedules, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to develop in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervisor or unit-level management experience in a QSR.
• Flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours/week including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods; lift/carry at least 20 pounds.
• Occasional travel to support other locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the QSR to meet sales, speed, customer satisfaction and food quality standards.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster a learning, development and recognition culture; recruit and retain a strong team.
• Hire, coach, train and manage staff; enforce cash handling policies.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance and Facilities & Maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and communities.
