Job summary

Orange Grove Center in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to coordinate active treatment plans, observe and revise programs, and ensure consistent service design across teams.

You will lead ISP development, supervise house staff, participate in meetings, and report to the Assistant Director in ICF Services. This role requires a Bachelor’s in a human services field and at least 1 year supervisory experience.

• Ensure environmental supports and assistive devices to promote independence.
