Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a Human Service field with related experience, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to supervise DSPs and shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field with at least one year of experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor Individual Habilitation Plans (IHP) for assigned clients.
• Prepare Annual, Special and 30-day IHPs according to policies for assigned caseload.
• Conduct IHP staffings and complete staffings according to policies.
• Complete monthly progress notes and retrain staff as needed.
• Supervise DSPs and shift supervisors; ensure adequate staff coverage and scheduling.
• Ensure daily documentation, QA, and file audits are performed; maintain client records.
• Manage building safety, maintenance, and inventory; oversee budgets for the location.
• Assist with census reporting, leave/arrive notices, and disciplinary actions as assigned.
