Job summary

Cornerstone seeks a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to partner with program directors and direct care staff at youth service sites. You will ensure each child’s active treatment integrates medical, dietary, and vocational needs and coordinate services and equipment as recommended.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology from an accredited program.
• Licensed psychologist or equivalent credential is preferred.
• Experience with IDD populations and clinical program development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete an initial treatment plan within 7 days of admission and update IPP within 30 days.
• Conduct a developmentally based comprehensive functional assessment within 30 days of admission.
• Develop IPP with measurable objectives and incidentals for privacy and independence.
• Ensure all staff implement and periodically review the IPP and related plans.
