Job summary

Pathfinder Services, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) in Huntington, IN. The role involves guiding person-centered planning, ISP development, and behavior support within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

You will mentor Direct Support Professionals, coordinate with families and guardians, and ensure services align with regulatory requirements while promoting quality of life for individuals supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a developmental human service or therapy field is required or preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the Human Service field.
• Proven team management skills and ability to interpret finances.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee ISPs to ensure person-centered plans reflect each individual's wants, needs, and goals.
• Develop Behavior Support Plans and obtain HRC approval when needed.
• Provide leadership and training to Direct Support Professionals and others.
• Maintain regular communication with individuals, families, and IDT members.
• Ensure ISDH and state regulations compliance in daily operations.
