Job summary

PossAbility, LLC is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to oversee ISPs for individuals with diverse disabilities. You will develop and implement behavior support plans, gather progress data, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and case management across multiple programs. You will lead interdisciplinary collaboration, provide training and supervision to staff, and ensure plans protect individuals'

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, human services, public health, or related field.
• QIDP certified and listed on IDHS QIDP database.
• 5+ years of direct care experience for individuals with IDD.
• Ability to develop support strategies and knowledge of home care regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license and insurance, First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• ISP development and implementation: develop, implement, and monitor ISPs to meet individuals' needs and rights.
• BSP development and oversight: assist in creating and supervising Behavioral Support Plans.
• Monthly program reviews: prepare written reviews with data and updates.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: work with therapists, nurses, social workers for comprehensive support.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure programs meet IDHS and other regulations.
• Case management: act as primary case manager for individuals supported.
• Training and supervision: train staff and supervise team members.
