LifePath is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) in Sellersville, PA. The role focuses on leading active treatment, coordinating services, and guiding staff interactions to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The position emphasizes collaboration with the IDT, development of IPPs, and ensuring timely program modifications to meet client needs. Ideal candidates have relevant education and experience in human services or medical fields.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year record.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Has at least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Educational or professional credentials as specified (human services or medical field).

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrate active treatment efforts, including IPP creation tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate internal and external services to support client skills and adaptive behaviors.
• Promote competent interactions of staff with clients in program implementation and behavior management.

Bachelor's degree in human services field
