Job summary

Pathfinder is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) in Wabash, IN, to lead person-centered planning, oversee ISPs, and guide IDTs. You’ll monitor progress, develop behavior plans, and ensure services align with individuals’ goals.

The role involves training DSPs, coordinating with group homes, and maintaining compliant, high-quality supports that promote independence and participation in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a developmental human service or therapy field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the Human Service field.
• Crisis prevention, intervention, and teaching skills.
• Ability to interpret or learn to interpret financials.
• Positive attitude and team player with collaborative decision making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee ISPs to reflect each individual's wants, needs, and goals.
• Develop meaningful objectives and behavior plans with IDTs.
• Monitor progress and revise plans as needed.
• Provide leadership and training to Direct Support Professionals and others.
• Maintain documentation and ensure ISP/BSP compliance and regulatory requirements.
