PossAbility, LLC is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to oversee and manage ISPs for individuals with Diverse Disabilities and Abilities. You will develop behavior support plans, prepare monthly reviews, and engage with individuals to gather data and assess progress, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliant, high-quality support.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field, QIDP certification, 5+ years of direct care

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, human services, public health, or related field.
• QIDP certification and listed on the Department’s QIDP database.
• Five+ years of direct care experience with individuals with IDD.
• Proven ability to support individuals with IDD and develop support strategies.
• Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsabilidades

• ISP development, implementation, and monitoring to meet individuals’ needs and protect rights.
• Develop and oversee BSPs to address challenging behaviors.
• Prepare monthly program reviews with data collection and narrative updates.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and social workers for comprehensive support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with IDHS and other agencies.
• Serve as primary case manager for individuals supported.
• Contribute to staff training and supervise other staff.
