Job summary

LifePath, Inc. seeks a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) for a Regular Full Time position in Sellersville, PA.

The QIDP will orchestrate active treatment, coordinate services, and promote effective interactions among residential staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience and may include candidates with DO or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean 3-year record.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Has at least one year of experience with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Qualified candidates may include DO or a bachelor’s degree in human services, sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate active treatment programs and IPPs tailored to each client.
• Oversee integration and monitoring of services across staff and settings.
• Support residential staff in program implementation and behavior management.
• Ensure timely follow-up for recommendations and service needs.

Skills

Experience with IDDs

Ability to lift 50 lb

Valid driver’s license

Education

Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
