Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) in Denton, TX seeks a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional II (QIDP II) to oversee ISP processes for individuals at the Denton State Supported Living Center. The role coordinates IDT meetings, monitors active treatment programs, and ensures compliant documentation and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related human services field.
• At least 1 year experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities or related work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISP process for all individuals on caseload.
• Lead IDT meetings and ensure ISP documentation.
• Coordinate with staff and LAR to deliver needed supports and services.
• Ensure timely follow-up and documentation per ICF/IID standards.
• Train staff on program implementation and behavior management.
