Job Details:

• Location: Austin, TX (Remote)
• Duration: 4 months with an option to extend for 4 additional years

Required Skills:

• Creating and executing system test plans
• Performance Testing and monitoring tools (e.g., JProfiler, JMeter)
• Test tools such as JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT
• Experience with full software life cycle, especially testing discipline
• Leadership, communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Managing, performing, monitoring, and reporting on test activities
• Overseeing user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing
• Reviewing, updating, and creating test strategies, suites, and scripts
• Documenting and reporting test results and defect reports (PIRs)
• Coordinating testing schedules, activities, and meetings
• Training and mentoring testing team members
