The Worker(s) will provide the following services: Perform advanced Test Manager work within the IT Project Management Office (PMO). Conduct detailed analysis and testing related to software development. Responsible for activities throughout all phases of the system development life cycle, including analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving software issues for internal and external clients. Define and review the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, including scope, resources, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Coordinate UCFs with business SMEs, review UAT test cases received from vendors, and work with business users and SMEs to create and update test cases and execute testing. Act as the main liaison between IT, business users, and the development team. Lead triages, track, prioritize, and manage defects. Provide updates on UAT progress and results, project status, defect resolution, and requirement traceability. Ensure exit criteria are met and obtain final sign-off from the business. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.
