This is a remote position.
Minimum Required Years of Skills/Experience:
- 4-7 years in creating and executing system test plans
- 4-7 years in performance testing
- 4-7 years in performance monitoring tools (e.g., JProfiler, JMeter)
- 4-7 years in test tools (JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, etc.)
- 4-7 years in experience and understanding of the full software life cycle with specific emphasis on testing discipline
- 4-7 years in excellent leadership, communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
- 4-7 years in managing, performing, monitoring, and reporting on test activities
- 4-7 years in overseeing user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing
- 4-7 years in reviewing, updating, and creating test strategies, suites, and scripts
- 4-7 years in documenting and reporting test results and problem incident reports (PIRs)/defect statuses
- 4-7 years in coordinating scheduling of testing staff, activities, and meetings
- 4-7 years in providing training and mentoring of testing team members
Preferred: Years Skills/Experience
- 4 years in DB2 and MS SQL Server queries
- 4 years in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane
- 4 years in Jenkins, CVS, Maven, and Ant
- 4 years in testing management experience in UI with commercial software including Sagitec’s Neosurance
- State of Texas experience
