Position: Test Manager - Payer Domain

Location: Oakland, CA

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
• Over 9 years of IT experience in QA software testing within the Healthcare domain
• Leadership in testing projects involving Facets-based Finance & Payments interfaces
• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Ability to analyze and report test results effectively
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL queries with complex JOINS
• Experience with defect reporting using JIRA and defect metrics
• Development and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java/Python
• Root cause analysis and defect resolution
• Automation feasibility analysis and scripting using automation tools
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Extensive experience in the Payer domain
• Proven leadership in complex testing projects
• Proficiency in test automation tools and techniques
• Exposure to MS Azure Cloud migration projects is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Coordination with development teams for comprehensive testing
• Implementation of Agile methodologies to improve testing processes
• Thorough testing of Facets Claims and Billing modules
• Knowledge of Java and Python languages
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Python, Groovy scripting
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
• Stakeholder collaboration and documentation of testing activities

Salary and Compensation:

Applications accepted until 05/23/2025. The annual salary ranges from [$71,100 - $112,500], depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
