Position Overview

As an Enterprise Testing Manager within PNC's Enterprise Testing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, or Miamisburg, OH.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Transaction Testing for assigned Regulatory Filings, including FR-Y 9C, Call Report, FR-Y 14M/Q, FR 2052a, FDIC 370, and SCCL. Future scope may include additional filings.
2. Train junior staff and escalate issues to senior team members.
3. Develop and mentor direct reports through actionable development plans and regular feedback.
4. Plan testing strategies, determine scope, objectives, and rationale, and update as needed.
5. Develop testing procedures, select samples, and perform reviews according to the plan.
6. Evaluate controls, identify risks, and revise review programs to meet objectives.
7. Interface with external auditors and regulators as necessary.
8. Analyze large data populations, with preferred skills in SQL and understanding of Data Lineage/Database Structure.
9. Document review processes, prepare working papers, and support testing conclusions.
10. Analyze testing results, identify exceptions, and recommend improvements to controls and operations.
11. Communicate findings and issues to management, validating and proposing resolutions.
12. Provide consulting on transaction testing issues, including implementation of systems, products, and controls.

Qualifications
