Zippy, headquartered in Dallas with a remote-first team, seeks a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close loan reviews across the origination lifecycle.

You will coach QA analysts, manage performance, and ensure consistency with policy, regulatory, and investor requirements. The role requires expert end-to-end origination knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in mortgage, consumer lending, manufactured housing lending, loan operations, underwriting, quality assurance, or a comparable financial services function.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience, including coaching, performance management, training, workload planning, and employee development.
• Experience overseeing both pre-close and post-close quality reviews strongly preferred.
• Manufactured housing or specialty finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team for pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Oversee QA controls across the full loan origination process.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions with policy and investor requirements.
• Translate QA data into actionable insights for managers and leadership.
