Zippy, a remote-first lender specializing in manufactured home loans, is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance. You will lead pre-close and post-close QA across the loan lifecycle, coaching analysts and driving calibrated, policy-backed reviews.

The role requires deep subject matter expertise in end-to-end origination, strong leadership, and the ability to translate findings into practical improvements in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in mortgage or loan operations roles.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience overseeing pre-close and post-close quality reviews.
• Ability to interpret policies, regulations, and investor requirements.
• Strong investigative and research skills with multi-system navigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
