Job summary

Zippy is a Dallas-based lender focusing on manufactured home loans. The Manager, Quality Assurance leads pre-close and post-close QA across the loan origination lifecycle, guiding QA analysts and ensuring findings are supported by policy and investor requirements.

You will partner with Origination, Underwriting, and Compliance to reduce repeat issues and strengthen quality in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality assurance teams in mortgage origination.
• Strong ability to translate policy into actionable findings.
• Proven track record in reducing repeat issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close and post-close QA across the loan lifecycle.
• Coach QA analysts and manage performance and capacity.
• Ensure findings are supported by policy, regulatory, or investor requirements.
• Escalate material risks and drive corrective actions.
