Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality Management System and supervise the QA/QC team, ensuring compliance with MJC, customer, and regulatory standards. The role involves acting as the main liaison to OEM customers and driving CAPA and audits.

Candidates should have a BS in engineering, 2+ years in people-management, and strong skills in statistics, PFMEA, and root-cause analysis. HVAC experience is preferred and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. in engineering.
• At least two years of experience in employee management.
• Experience in manufacturing; HVAC preferred.
• Fluency in statistics, PFMEA and root cause analysis a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Quality Management System.
• Supervise creation and implementation of quality assurance goals, objectives and procedures.
• Manage QA staff in Quality Engineering and Quality Control.
• Serve as MJC contact to OEM customer; provide updates to OEM on a timely basis.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize QA trends and data; present reports and recommendations.
• Identify, prioritize, communicate and resolve issues related to manufacturing MJC products.
• Perform internal audits and address nonconformities from audits.
• Conduct external supplier audits.
