Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee QA programs and ensure customer expectations are met. The role reports to the Operations Manager with a dotted line to the Corporate Director of Quality Management.

You will lead a team of quality professionals, manage inspection procedures, and drive corrective actions to minimize nonconformances across incoming and outgoing materials.

Qualifications

• Advanced problem-solving and SPC experience.
• 8–10 years in quality management, preferably metal fabrication.
• 4-year degree or equivalent, engineering-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain quality control procedures and programs.
• Lead a team of quality professionals to meet customer specs.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and support audits.
• Oversee material inspection and PPAP submissions.
• Develop and deliver training on quality control procedures.
