Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions seeks a Quality Manager to lead and improve our ISO 9001 compliant QMS in a data-center HVAC manufacturing setting. You will oversee QA/QC, CAPA, and supplier performance while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

You will ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction, guiding continuous improvements and training across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Deep knowledge of Core Quality Tools: FMEA, SPC, CAPA, PPAP, Audits.
• 5+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the facility's quality processes and QMS.
• Lead quality audits with internal, customer, and registrar partners.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and cost of quality; drive CAPA and continuous improvement.
• Oversee product QA & reliability, SPC analysis, and data-driven process changes.
• Own the CAPA system, MRB actions, and non-conforming material control.
