Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license in good standing.
• Criminal Background check per District requirements.
• Medical certification confirming freedom from communicable diseases including TB.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Directs and monitors the QA program and education/training for all staff.
• Collaborates with department heads on QA initiatives.
• Maintains tracking systems and prepares reports to meet District standards.
• Leads QA meetings and develops corrective action plans.
• Assists in investigation of incidents and medication errors for response.
