Divine Help Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a QA Manager to lead the agency’s QA/QI program, ensuring compliance with Maryland DDA COMAR 10.22, licensing standards, and federal requirements.

The role supervises incident reporting, documentation accuracy, and staff training compliance. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in a DDA-licensed or IDD/behavioral health setting, with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology required.
• 2+ years in quality assurance, compliance, or program oversight in a licensed or IDD/behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of COMAR 10.22 and Maryland DDA waiver programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QI program, including internal audits and corrective action tracking.
• Audit IPs, BSPs, progress notes, and data collection for regulatory alignment.
• Oversee CIR process, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Prepare QA reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure staff training compliance and documentation readiness.
