Job summary

Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities of SW WA is seeking a Quality Assurance/Contract Monitoring Specialist to conduct QA reviews for the Health Home program and ensure billing integrity across the region, working closely with LTSS leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of compliance experience, with strong data analysis skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams. Some travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, health or social science, public administration or related field.
• Two years of experience monitoring records and/or involvement with compliance activities.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and use of reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance monitoring for the Health Home program across AAADSW’s regional service area, including DSNP and CCO audits for all contracted providers.
• Communicate and collaborate with LTSS Director and LTSS Program Manager on compliance monitoring trends via reports and analysis.
• Review subcontracted Care Coordination Organizations for contract compliance in coordination with Contracts Team.
