Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications and creating/executing test cases, validating results and documenting defects clearly.
• Excellent communication skills for defect reports, release notes, and customer-facing docs.
• Ability to work with developers, product owners, support staff and other stakeholders across teams.
• Strong knowledge of PC/LAN environments, especially Windows Server and Windows OS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools for data entry, analysis, documentation, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate software defects, enhancement requests, and customer-reported issues with stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes through clear release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers and internal teams.
• Use approved AI-assisted tools to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release note drafting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, documentation, and release readiness.
