Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, validating results, and documenting defects clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including defect reports and release notes.
• Ability to work with developers, support staff, and stakeholders in a remote team.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and PC basics.
• Familiarity with Jira, SQL, and test-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for new features and bug fixes.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, and validate defects with stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes through release notes and demonstrations.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support test planning, defect analysis, and documentation.
