Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, validating expected results, and documenting defects clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear defect reports, release notes, and customer-facing documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with developers, support staff, product stakeholders, and other cross-functional team members.
• Strong knowledge of PC and LAN environments, primarily using Windows Server and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use software tools for data entry, analysis, documentation, presentations, and calculations.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for features, bug fixes, integrations, and release validation.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate defects with developers and stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes through notes and demonstrations for customers, peers, and internal users.
• Use approved AI-assisted tools to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release note drafting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, documentation, and release readiness practices.
