Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for features, bug fixes, integrations, and customer scenarios to validate releases.

The role requires collaboration with developers, product owners, and support staff, plus delivering clear release notes and demonstrations of new features. A focus on AI-assisted tooling to support test planning and documentation is expected.

Qualifications

Experience testing software applications and validating results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including defect reports and release notes.
Ability to work with developers, product owners, support staff, and other stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of PC and LAN environments, primarily Windows Server/Windows OS.
Experience with data entry, analysis, documentation, and calculations using MS Office.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation.
Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate defects and customer issues with stakeholders.
Communicate release changes through clear release notes and demos for customers and teams.
Contribute to QA process improvements and release readiness practices.
