Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and drive testing across new features, bug fixes, and integrations. You will document, reproduce, and track defects while collaborating with developers, product owners, and support staff to ensure quality releases.

You will communicate release changes clearly, draft customer-facing notes, and use AI-assisted tools to enhance test planning and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience testing software applications and creating/executing test cases.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including defect reports and release notes.
Ability to work with developers, support staff and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of PC/LAN environments, Windows Server and Windows OS.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry, analysis, and presentations.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for features, bugs, integrations, and release validation.
Document, investigate, reproduce, and validate defects with stakeholders.
Communicate release changes via notes and demos to customers and peers.
Leverage approved AI-assisted tools to support planning, analysis, and documentation.
Contribute to QA process improvements and release readiness practices.
