• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, science, or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years’ PV Performance Engineering experience and PV data analytics.
• Experience with modeling software such as PVSyst, PlantPredict, SAM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority across field and office teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect data for reports and analyses.
• On-board active projects into SOLV Energy’s Performance Team platforms.
• Mentor and oversee Performance Engineers & Analysts on daily activities.
• Analyze energy losses and performance impacts from equipment outages.
• Update client reports and commissioning/operational documentation.
