SOLV Energy seeks a Performance Engineer II to oversee day-to-day operations on active solar, battery storage and high‑voltage projects nationwide. You will coordinate data collection, reporting and analytics to drive fleet optimization and project performance.

The role can be fully remote or hybrid, with regular in‑office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR. Exact location expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 4+ years PV performance engineering and data analytics experience.
• Experience with PV modeling software (PVSyst, PlantPredict, SAM).

Mansioni

• Ensure safety is prioritized across field and office teams.
• Collaborate to collect data for reports, tests, and analyses.
• On-board active projects into internal Performance Team platforms.
• Coordinate with engineers to track issues and optimize fleet.
• Analyze energy losses and system performance from outages.
• Lead and mentor Performance Engineers and Analysts.
• Prepare and update Commissioning Plans, Test Reports, etc.
• Run PVsyst simulations for terrain, horizon losses, shading, etc.
• Review drawings and site plans for accuracy.
